1. Introduction
Home Strategy LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our services.

6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:
- Right to access your personal data
- Right to correct inaccurate information
- Right to request deletion of your data
- Right to opt-out of marketing communications
To exercise these rights, please contact us at josh@myhomestrategy.com.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use a small number of our own cookies, and no one else’s. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers on this site.
- Keeping you signed in. If you have a customer account, a session cookie keeps you logged in to your portal. If you tick “Keep me logged in,” a second cookie remembers that device for 30 days so you do not have to sign in each visit. It holds a random value only — never your password — and you can end it at any time by logging out, or by using “Sign Out of All Devices” in your portal.
- Counting visitors. A cookie holding a random number, which is not tied to your name, email, or IP address, lets us tell a returning visitor from a new one and see which pages people find useful. It is stored on our own server only, as a one-way hash, and it is never used to follow you to any other website.
You can control cookies through your browser, though the customer portal will not stay signed in without them. If you would rather not be counted at all, visit myhomestrategy.com/?hs_optout=1 and we will stop counting that browser.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information immediately.
9. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these external sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
